Instructor Background:
Dee Morrow is a registered nurse for over 25 years and a RYT. She combines the knowledge of Anatomy and movement of the body with the teachings of Yoga. Her education in both Critical Care Nursing and her Yoga practice is ongoing. Dee has recently been certified as an Advanced Reike Practitioner. With her advanced understanding of the body and injury, she is able to teach to all students regardless of age, size, injury, or physical limitations.

Speak with Integrity. Say only what You mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the Power of Your Word in the direction of Truth and Love.
